little content? aespa have 10 songs already, full album is surely coming this year. they will match the number of songs bp had at their 5th anniversary by their second. they have performed at every gayo and awards show two years in a row, not to mention they are still barely a year old being sent to Macy's parade and American late night shows. aespa have literally been everywhere and Sm is working at full force to promote them...what is this with this weird whining and strange bp comparisons... y'all would really have a YT reality show instead of an entire month of award show performances?

Blackpink's "lack of charisma" used to be a drag bu people who didn't like them and had nointention of watching anything longer than a titkot clip. Now it's used as a defense by other fanbases. Aespa will have to work for years to get to Blackpink's performance level. Lisa ends them all just by opening her eyes.

Blinks delusional as always only Lisa is really worth praising. Jisoo is stiff Jennie looks mad all the time and Rose dances like a headless chicken. If I'm being honest aespa and BP are both pretty terrible dancers and performers. Karina looks bored Winter is always ice cold and Ning Bing carries and Giselle is irrelevant.
As a bg stan the only girl group I can truly say is amazing is Itzy. But blinks will keep pushing fake narratives just like how for so long you lames claimed your girls were on BTS levels in terms of US charting. Your faves can't even chart top 10 without begging for a pop darling for a feature goofy fandom.

I didn't say they were identical, I said I get the same energy from them. At least to this point, I don't know what they'll do in a year but I know what they've done for the last year and it's give me same energy
Both aespa and BP shared the following:
.limited sound (one comeback every one or two years, one always getting remakes)
.limited creativity in their field (one very reliant on teddy music, one singing about kwangya)
. no variety performance ( they don't feel hungry or eager to reinvent things for the next performances like others do)
. not giving enough content to keep their fans satisfied (see other groups getting much much more)
I am casual fan. We don't have to agree for this but I have higher expectations than what they're giving me right now.

actually I do see some similarities
Both consist of 4 members
Have good rappers
And the vocalists have to sing notes that are far out of their range. Sure, ning ning and winter are much better vocalists than rose and jisoo, but nevertheless do they all have in common that they have to screech to get those high notes. Difference is, blackpink was ridiculued and embarassed by screeching for high notes during live performances which got them lots of hate (dddu4 era), while aespa haven't performed much of their songs live and therefore weren't caught how they struggle with their notes. That's not hate btw. Even proficient vocalists like hyolyn, mamamoo or taeyeon would probably need to screech if having to sing notes out of their range. It's normal.
