I didn't even know people do that unless they're prepping them for a dessert of something.To each their own,I guess.

when i was little, i ONLY liked the skin. My mom would peel her apples and then I'd eat the skin and she'd eat the rest.

Now I like the entire apple. But I disagree that the inside taste like nothing. That is untrue.
