Yes, I bought them (literally, with mass buying)

Shouldn't it go for everything else fans use their faves to brag about too?
-
Fans brag about vocals too. Did they sing the song themselves?

it's kinda pathetic because at the end of the day, all that money is going into the company and artists' pocket, not yours.
highkey a lot of kpop stans live through their faves and you can tell by how they talk. "it boy/girl, sold out, broken records" blah blah blah like get a life pls

You can tell when someone has taken on a group of strangers' accomplishments as their purpose. And they don't seem to realize it doesn't matter how much money or time they spend supporting a group. They could get into debt, they could spend every waking moment streaming and voting. They still can't claim those accomplishments for themselves because a) it sounds pathetic anywhere outside twitter and b) because they have nothing to show for it except new content and they would get that anyway.
So congrats you helped "your" guys earn millions last year. I'm sure their future actress/model wives will enjoy blowing it on designer outfits every week while it takes you a decade to pay off all those albums and fansite donations that you were persuaded were somehow an investment...

this is exactly why idols go to great lengths to hide their relationships. the parasocial illusion all comes crashing down once the fans realize that the idol they spend so much money on is out there living the high life with their beau and not spending every waking moment thinking about their fans

What was this supposed to mean?

Nah, if this is about that BTS fans creating a mess in that accursed subforum, then woe to her faves. Just because fans brought merch, albums, etc., doesn't mean that BTS didn't do their best and achieved things on their own . They are talented and hard workers, which is why they amass fans. That's the payoff of the training for years and working almost nonstop. Don't give weirdos like that fan the excuse to be smug about their faves' achievements as if it is their own.
I'm not even a BTS fan (I'm a Blink, btw), but that is disrespectful to BTS.

What are you even talking about? I have no idea who said what about bts and I definitely didn't have any specific group in mind when I wrote that...
