Why do you guys want IVE to fail that badly?

    It’s crazy everytime someone makes a thread that’s positive about their achievements, here come the “Pristin did good too with their debut” people and “this won’t last” and “Wonyoung and friends” bla bla bla..


    It’s so annoying. Please just accept IVE are doing AMAZING. They’re doing far better than Pristin did at their debut fyi that’s not even comparable. Top 10 of all charts, broke charts and Spotify records, the GP loves the song and that’s it. The group is general has been so popular lately. The other members are growing their own fanbase you guys act like nobody even biases the others when their fancam views are rlly high too and they’re getting so many new fans


    It’s also pathetic to wish failure on a group. Grow the fuck up. I know most of you are grown. Act like it goddamn.

    Because they're threatened. Instead of treating K-Pop like a music genre, they treat it as a competitive sport. Anyone that seems like a threat to their faves, they have to go on the attack. Honestly, I don't think Ive is going to flop. If there is one thing I would compliment Starship on, they typically pick good songs for there girl groups.

    A non big3 girlgroup playing on the same level as big3 ggs? How dare they? That's the mentality. Ive teasers were bigger than pristin's existence.

    I think IVE has exceeded all expectations for them, and that obviously threatens certain people. Look, IVE could flop tomorrow but at the end of the day they are still smashing right now, breaking some records that your faves could not. Right now, Eleven is coming for Wannabe's neck as the longest charting 4th gen song on Spotify Global. The song is also still charting Melon top 5 after a month, IVE was #2 on brand reputation for January, and they just got their seventh music show win. They are even doing really well on BB Japan Hot 100, with Eleven charting in the top 20, joining BP, Twice, Iz*one, and ITZY as the only recent ggs to hit this mark. Selling 250k with 2 songs right after debuting is also a good sign that their next album will probably sell a lot more.


    It's really annoying to see some fans always crying about how people downplay their own faves and yet IVE can't be praised for one second without these same losers running to compare them to Weeekly and Pristin and say this will fade into nugudom next comeback

    Oh come on, its pretty obvious why.

    Ive have a hit, popularity on spotify, melon, china and japan, and a viral member and a it girl in the same group.


    Of course they feel threatened for their faves because theres barely any bragging rights left for them now.

    Good group for some, insignificant for others.. So many men, so many minds... who cares what believes one or another?

    exactly. multiple girl groups can co exist but they act like there has to just be one. IVE won’t fail I’m sure. Wonyoung alone is extremely relevant, and Yujin too ofc but the other members have their own charm and are growing their own fanbase slowy. The 2 songs they have so far are good and catchy. As long as the songs are good the group will have such a bright future

    Non big 3 groups that do well always get an unreasonable amount of hate. Especially if they're outdoing their big 3 counterparts. Hmmm I wonder why🤔

    Do people forget how hated Wee Woo was and how much controversy the song had? And 0 members other than the former IOI members got much attentions except for Eunwoo, while in IVE all the girls get a lot of attention.

    i don't see anybody wishing them to fail, people mostly say to IVE fans to not jump on their horses so quickly because we had a lot of GG who did great with their debut and then couldn't maintain their success


    look at Weki Meki who sold 60K with their debut which was big at the time and since have been falling


    Itzy, did very well with Dalla dalla and after this their digital performance were worst


    Everglow did well internationally with their debut, and people were considering them as strong competitor for 4th gen and look where they are


    same for G-idle everybody were considering them as one of the group who will dominate 4th gen after Latata sucess, but none of the song who follow their debut did as welle digitally


    etc....


    we have a lot more example of GG who did well at their debut, but then have been downhill after, in comparison of GG who peak later that's the reason why people are telling to Ive fans that they should wait before they make big statement about IVE

    but i don't consider this as people wishing IVE to flop

    STOP comparing IVE to these groups when IVE wasnt successful in just one or two thing like them but MULTIPLE things, the only near to be comparable is Itzy and its still a reach


    So much for the fake concern, you should worry about your faves being able to break IVE's records instead

    first of all Everglow and WeMe don’t even come close to IVE

    second, Gidle’s Hwaa did amazing??? Lion??? They became digimon after Kingdom

    third, Itzy are the only group that are “comparable” to IVE and honestly who cares… nobody is saying they’re outdoing Itzy or anyone we’re just celebrating IVE success. it’s you guys that compare and compare and compare

    starship was involved in the produce rigging. Chowon and kaeun are still in their nugudon era. Someday around the corner the day of the justice will coming. The group will decline just like the other ex produce. It's the curse of rigging the votings.
