That's sammi i named him after LTMs_Sammi i adopted him back in november he's about 9 months old my first time owning a cat in 17 years!

Thanks, I'm looking into getting an actual camera in the near future and I'll be able to take better pictures then.
I shoot everything on my smartphone and while day time photos are more than adequate, the small sensors are just not enough for low light settings, especially for astro.
I do! However, I have not improved very much over the years lol.
This was my recent attempt (over 3 nights) at the Andromeda Galaxy from my backyard with a Nikon D3500. It's very budget of budget DSLRs, but still better than when I was using my dad's 14 yr old camera.
I haven't yet tried the Milky Way with this camera, partially because that direction is full of streetlights.

Yeah, I live in the suburbs with streetlights in every direction. So I have to stack a lot of photos just to get that much out of it... That one was 481 photos
