Honestly I don't remember how I first stumbled upon allkpop except maybe it was because I google'd The Wonder Girls and maybe found an article about them back in 2009? I remember I would use allkpop for chart listings to find new K-Pop songs.

I guess through my roommate who got me into k pop or when I was just googling stuff , not sure anymore
I haven't noticed this forum for a long time though, I just kept going to the main site, even wanted to stop coming to akp many times (before I noticed the forum) because let's not lie to ourselves, the main site is trash ...but anyway the forum is saving it

Just googling something kpop related and it brought me here, probably years ago. So I knew of it, maybe checked out for some news opinions from time to time. I didn't know any user or anything + never wanted to engage pr participate, but then one day I made an account, which one unused for a couple of months probably before I made first comment. I still can't believe I'm that active here now haha

through random articles that lead to the news side and eventually decided to check out and join the forum

I think I was googling kpop news ~2013 and was keeping an eye on the "news" side. I didn't find the forums until someone in the comments said the articles are just regurgitating news posted in the forums.

Got banned from a Moto Forum for making an observation about a protected sexual orientation group. (Lesbians don't want Transsexuals in their gatherings). I started looking for a discussion forum. Same time Black Pink caught my attention cause they rode Scooters in their MV. Moto(s) and Kpop
lets discuss.

Well me first occurence was in December. I got a glimpse of the old akp.
I was just stalking BTS on google(basically searching them up it's thing I do, don't ask) and find this thread about
Later(more like many months later, around late feb to late March 2020) I bumped on the main website(news home page) and later discovered forum and realized it's the good old forum I discovered in December.
So I guess you can thank BTS for the ex ex maknae of akp being here lol.
