Karina and also Winter are absolutely it girls, for at least the 4th gen.

Go look at SBS Gayo Daejeon fancams (not special stages). Most of the top 4th gen girl groups performed on the same night.

Winter has 150k + views, Karina has 120k+.

Wonyoung 100k+

Ryujin 50k+

Isa 15k

Aespa's fancams were also uploaded 2 days later than the other girl groups.

ryujin and karina are both popular, everyone knows ryujin's shoulder dance, everglow doesn't chart in korea i dont think anyone knows who mia is, i think isa just needs a bit more time since stayc is growing so much

Both have about double Wonyoung's views and 4x Yuna's views, not to mention Aespa fancams were uploaded two days later. Yuna has less views than Ryujin and Yeji so it's hard to say she's even the most popular in her own group.

Also, people forget that both Wonyoung and Yuna debuted nearly 3 years ago, while Aespa debuted just over a year ago and haven't even got started on doing things like MC gigs, acting etc. Wonyoung was also the top ranked trainee on a pre-debut Produce show. That should be another clear indicator of how phenomenal Aespa's rise has been.

If there are any idols in contention for 4th gen it girls, then at this point in time it's Wonyoung, Winter and Karina as a top 3.
