Can I start a petition for a static badge of an unpopular group that probably only I stan on here

I hope I do not seem rude by interjecting here, we do not mind if there is a petition already going and someone needs like one more person, so someone signs who has no intention of buying but if we have a petition of nothing but people who have no genuine interest in the badges, that will clog up our list and block us from getting badges completed for groups that are wanted by a lot of people because we were given a false sense of demand for a group or artist to have a badge.

I am not saying that at all, I am just saying that if this petition is nothing but people who do not actually show any interest in the group it will effect the work load and we are currently trying to get as many out as we can already. I understand stanning smaller groups, I have had multiple petitions for groups like Stellar, etc flounder because there was no demand. Eventually it would be amazing to have them have badges but I would prefer it would be people who were willing to vote later on and suggest badges when the time comes instead of an incident like we had with SES where we have barely any suggestions because many people signed who were not interested and then abandoned the petition past the signatures. I actually enjoy IMFACT, 4 Love is my favorite of theirs it is very melodic and cheerful, embarrassingly it used to be my alarm to wake up in the morning until I replaced it with Kura Kura. I understand where you are coming from, I do but at the same time I just hope that you guys understand having many petitions with only one or two true supporters will effect and slow down the badge making process. I am not telling anyone to eat anything or trying to dismiss or harm others for liking smaller groups.
