Why is badge 44 winning 
She looks down on 1st pic and i don't vote for pics where singers don't look at the camera, and 2nd and 3rd are too dark for my taste.

It doesn't mean anything. It's different when you can vote for multiple choices and only for one. I made badges for actors and actresses. They are a good example because up to 15 users voted. Shin min ah badge that won (i made it but i'm happy that it won
) wasn't in top 5 in the first round and a badge that was in top 2 had barely any votes if any, I'm lazy to check.
So if you're not happy with the leading badge this might give you some comfort

until actor/actresses polls i had no idea so much can change. i always participated in polls of 20+votes and winners were more or less expected.
i just checked shin min ah voting. first badge was tied for number #1 in the 1st round but it had zero votes in the final. second badge shared 7th place with two more badges in the first round, and in the end it won (rip).
