I'm guessing you mean SM, YG, JYP and Hybe.
Stray Kids, maybe Treasure, and... don't know between Itzy and Aespa. There are only two girl groups to choose from since YG has yet to debut a 4th gen girl group and Hybe are still an all boys club.
Vocal
- Treasure - the only one with an actually good vocal-line
- Stray Kids - Average 4th gen group
- TXT - Taehyun has a nice voice (love his tone)
- Enhypen - Not the best
- Aespa - One of the few vocally strong 4th gen groups
- Itzy - Not their main strength
Dance
- TXT - hands down one of the best dance groups
- Enhypen - Amazing and have noticeably improved since debut. Can surpass TXT in the future
- Stray Kids - A great dance group (putting them at 3rd feels so wrong)
- Treasure - An average dance group. Maybe on the weaker side compared to other popular 4th gen bgs.
- Itzy - Candidate for best gg ever
- Aespa - Average group/below average 4th gen group
Rap
- Stray Kids - Strong rap-line. Changbin and Jisung are an amazing duo and Bang Chan rounds out the rap-line.
- Treasure - A very close second. Hyunsuk-Yoshi-Haruto are more or less evenly matched with SKZ rap-line but we haven't heard as much from them yet.
- TXT - Yeonjun is an okay rapper. Not a rap focused group.
- Enhypen - Not a rap focused group.
- Itzy - Average gg. Not great but gets the job done
- Aespa - Same as Itzy.
Stage Presence
- Stray Kids - Strong performers. Can eat up a stage with their charisma
- TXT - Getting better and better. Yeonjun is a monster
- Enhypen - Have improved a lot over the past year and could become a force to be reckoned with in the future.
- Treasure - Haven't had a comeback in a while. They're good and have some members with crazy potential but I feel like they're still figuring out their style and it's hard to shine individually with 12 members. Think YG is struggling with managing a bigger group.
- Itzy - Natural performers. One of the groups with the best stage presence right now.
- Aespa - Doing good for a rookie.

Aespa's vocal line is amazing and imo the best 4th gen one. G-idle is here by virtue of soyeon's amazing talent. Miyeon, Yuqui and Minnie are also great singers so overall these 2 groups are top.
*itzy are the best performers in 4th gen but the singing/rapping lets them down and may also limit the versatility of their discography going forward. They needed at least 1 additional good main vocalist.
Boy group.
1) Stray kids - 3racha is hard carrying talent wise but on balance of things they are the most talented boy group
2) Ateez is maybe on par with stray kids - Their performance skills are better but I deducted points for mingi's rapping which to me is very offputting.
3) TXT are all rounders, no one is great at anything in particular but they are all competent singers.
4) Enhypen is last. they are less than average but visuals/songs/hybe money/concept is carrying them.
**I chose not to rank treasure because I can't honestly do it in good faith. They may be exceptionally talented but its hard to tell because YG does not market/promote them well enough for me to distinguish individually. I suspect they may be the best from what i've heard in 2 of their songs...

I suppose It's Stray Kids... they are average vocal-wise, but compensate with rap, dance/performance and production skills

itzy and txt are the strongest in dancing
I wouldn't say treasure are on the weaker side their choreographies are hard and almost all of them can dance it's YG's stronger group in terms of dancing.

stray kids are definitely the best in stage presence and treasure would come second

I'd put treasure about stray kids if we don't include producing. Stray kids aren't bad but my problem is that they rap fast and don't stay on beat, one of the strength of treasure is that the rap line flows with the beat.
no comment about itzy and aespa not their forte lol
