Do you think BTS fans have to forgive James Corden because BTS did?

He made misogynistic jokes about 15 year old girls and spent the whole segment saying it was not a big deal and being fake. On top of that he spent the whole time deflecting without actually understanding the problem.

I'm not going to hold a grudge because I never cared about him in the first place but I'm still pissed.

No.. bts was speaking for themselves, not for army. No one should speak for others. And even Namjoon didn't say he forgives him, only that he appreciates the apology (that never took place).

This is not an issue where you should hold a grudge.

If people say they’re sorry you should give them a chance to be better. (Not that I like KC, I dislike him for many a reason) Or what is the incentive to do better and be better. The end goal is not some fandom validation but overcome harmful stereotypes.

Certain type of mistakes can’t be forgiven. I agree. But this is not one of those. This is a learn and be better situation.

I personally didn't care enough being called 15 years old cause I know I'm not...

But I know other armys who didn't like the generalization & misogynistic remarks.

So to each their own...

Besides BTS didn't forgive James, only appreciate the apology that never took place

They just want to give him the opportunity to clear the air, but like we can see...

Yes, a lot of people make those.

It’s up to each and own, but I think there is a general consensus among the fandom to be civil. This doesn’t mean people forgave him, since he didn’t even apologise. The only time I watch his show or any other American show is when BTS appear. Being polite and civil is the way to go. Burning bridges is not the way to go

No I don’t have to forgive him. But like BTS, I want to move on... we’re giving him too much attention as it is.

agree. On the other side, what else could we expect from James Corden... I kinda wanted to hear his apology but considering all situation he didn't want to admit he did something wrong. Since BTS cleared the air, we can at least move on.
