This is just someone trying to pull a fast one, just like that Wavy rapper dude who tried to co opt WayV’s stuff on Spotify. None of the credits match anything that happens in the real world with NCT songs and SM demos have more polish than this.
The snow doesn’t pop up in my country but the other one does. A quick search shows that the people mentioned on the track are very very small songwriters and producers (they’re on YouTube and SoundCloud with some of these same songs.)

This is someone pretending to be NCT to get clicks, generate interest in themselves. They have specifically added their names here to get people to search for them.
How can I tell?
For starters, NCT 2020 AND NCT U both have existing accounts on Spotify. Any new songs should appear there. (You can see other NCT songs, playlists, etc on the real pages. The fake one has none of that.)
Even when it is only one NCT song, all of the art is professionally done and featuring NCT imagery.
The copyrights are wrong.
NCT songs are copyrighted to SM Entertainment or to an entertainment/record company, not NCT 2020. That’s just sloppy.
