"Venew" = venue, as in concert venue.
Pretty sure it has to do with the performance venue that Naver/YG/BH are building together on the land YG bought in Seoul.
They're building a concert hall/VFX/SFX performance venue together along with Naver to probably hold concerts and other online events.
Naver and YG just started a real estate development company called YN Culture & Space.
It sounds like when they said Naver/YG/BH were forming a partnership they planned a lot and it's now slowly coming out.
in addition to YGPlus taking over album/digital/merchandise distribution together.
Naver bought into Weverse.
It sounds like all 3 plan to take over everything. They're certainly securing their spots to be the main players in the future.

I think this one will be for concerts. Vlive is going to merge with weverse and that's another business.
Also kiss music shows goodbye. Which is a long time coming. Labels are tired of giving free content away to other companies. Labels are already threatening music shows to stop doing fancams.
This will replace music shows. Weekly performances in a concert setting.
YG has been talking about how outdated music shows are for years.
Actually this started with BH and Kiswe in September, the other two are just joining now. It is probably motivated by huge costs of hosting that kind of events by third parties like Youtube. Some of you were mad at me about my comment about that YG group concert... well as you can see they dropped YT as soon as possible.
