Ice Cream vs Gelato vs Frozen Yogurt vs Frozen Custard

Gelato. I've never had frozen custard though. Seems like it's pretty rare where I live and we usually have everything.

Caramelized fig gelato is my absolute favorite though. I had it for the first time in Italy and I'm so lucky the one place I can find it is just down the street from me. The ones I've had look even better than this pic
