I think SM must have sold or associated itself in some way with the big corporations. The problem is that SM only wants one to have a monopoly. Naver and kakao were better options. Although KCON, Mnet offer you better opportunities abroad.

Whaaat? i'm so surprised. i thought for sure he will sell to kakao. Hopefully this doesn't mean SM's crazy music style will not exist anymore. Although LSM has been very active in Aespa's work. i think he will still be involved in creative works rfor SM groups. Atleast he would have come to such an agreement for selling the shares. i preferred kakao company they have their own tech services which SM could use for Aespa's concept related stuff.

if what i see in the tweet is right. it says the shares will probably be sold for 600BWon. I am not used to Korean currency so converting that to dollars is around $500M. That is a fucking ton of money. I could work 24hrs in a day for 150 years and I wouldn't make that money. I am sure LSM even has more from his tax evasion and offshore accounts.

Wasn't it an article that the authority intervened 'coz Kakao's shareholders reported the deal would only benefit the board as individual and not kakao the company?
