My predictions for nct 2021. Share yours too!!

• I think NCT2021 will be mainly a vehicle to launch the new NCT unit which will consist of sungchan/shotaro and will be both NCTs 4th gen boy group + pushed heavily in the Japanese market. This will be the song that is promoted on music shows

• The question is if they will add the remaining NCT Dream members to it. I think it makes sense for them to do so and the ones I think will be added are jeno/jaemin/jisung + unknown vocalists if chenle/renjun aren't added.
• In addition, there will be an SMCU episode with all members + an all member group song (only promoted at end of year shows)
• Throw away B sides from each unit.

NCT has always been about the world and the units are fine the way they are - which is a mixture of different cultures and members from different countries.

I am afraid if you all keep saying this offensive shit about the 5dream members being added to a different unit, it will eventually come true. Stop manifesting it, unsay it right now

It will be interesting if NCT Hollywood happen at the same time with NCT 2021. Also I really hope the Japan unit debut soon.

Honestly though, I think it'll be good for the 5dream members to have their own fixed unit that they promote with when mark/haechan are busy with 127. It may also help minimise the dreamzen vs NCTzen civil war which seems to be escalating now since they'll have more schedules etc.

I believe Dream didn't have much promotions in the past because they were never meant to last, they were a temporary stepping stone. But ever since they were made into a fixed unit last year the change in promotions is tangible, they had a great promo cycle with Hot Sauce that's on the same level as what 127 usually get if not even better. I don't see any reason why they can't carry on like this.
