Changed the title of the thread from “offline concert is finally allowed in South Korea ?” to “offline fanmeeting is finally allowed in South Korea ?”.
  • probably for vaccinated people

as for concerts there were some done in drive-in cinema style

but then fans started to run from cars to be in front ot stage some government was pissed

there was also a concert/festival where fans were sitting in tents, small ones for 2-4 people and those tents were put in a place to make sure there is distance between one and another fans.

  • is a fanmeeting different to a concert since there are less people there?

have any groups actually had a offline concert yet?

Fanmeetings are usually much smaller (I believe for most groups it's either just official fanclub members or people who won a ticket when they bought an album.) And basically the group sits at a long table and get to sit with them for x minutes and chat while they sign stuff.

There were a few offline fanmeetings back in early summer when things were better (I know Monsta C did one), but I figured with the cases so high it'd be a while.

I don't think they've had any idol concerts successfully, but I believe there was a group that held their comeback showcase with a small audience. :/
