No one can because it's impossible for any act, you'd have to ask every store in South Korea how many orders for every album were shipped within the country. TVXQ's sales aren't all domestic either, they had an international fanbase as well.

But , it is not quite yet as 'all others' are completely DUST IN THE WIND ...
