    The boyz kevin started receiving hate after his comment on israel, expressing that it's a good place to live and he want to visit there one day.



    this surprise some people as israel is known to have caused mass genocide of the palestinians people for years..


    Although his comment was said two years ago but it was brought back to light during the heightened conflict between the two countries as israel attack and bombed the powerless state.



    he receives backslash and kept quiet abt it until he shows his support by posting a heart emojis with the colour of the palestine flag.


    a few weeks later, he went on vlive and indirectly address that he would never support any kind of violence and hope that everyone understands what he meant.



    but some people are still unsatisfied as they say he never apologize and only address it vaguely.

    Just a correction, he didn't say he wanted to visit Israel when the conflict was at its highest. He actually said it 2 years ago in a Vlive and people stumbled upon it this year when bombings began.

    I mean, I find that the internet, specifically social media, it's just constantly trying to find something to be mad about.


    I also think that idols in general need to be more plugged in to what's happening around the world. Not ofc in this exact case, since his comment seems to have been made years ago. But we've seen idols step on social landmines that could've easily been avoided with a little more information.

    People have been bullying him for months, saying terrible things.

    I don't understand how people don't see that what he said is not however connected to what is happening to Palestinians.

    He said he would never ever support any kind of opression and a lot of other things that show what kind of person is he and I knew he wouldn't think this way.

    He said he would like to visit Israel (after watching Wonder Woman) TWO YEARS AGO and people threat him like the worst person.


    When he really is one of the kindest and the most open minded person you can find in this industry.


    And he is affected, of course he is.

    If anyone that hates on him sees that, I want to say: you are the terrible person, not him, he didn't do anything wrong.


    Should I apologize to people if I say I would like to travel to Germany? Or USA? Or China?

    Or that I'm interested in their culture/history?
