It's okay for some members to get 0 lines, they most likely can't sing or are boring.

I agree, but, it may be a controversial opinion, I never thought of Win as a filler member, he was added because of his dancing and more importantly because of his pretty face and that face made it work in 127. It was stupid that they were so quiet about his departure but whatever.

Oh and let's not be naive. Companies sure know how fans are complaining about lines, that creates a lot of buzz and that's important. Some may even continue giving less lines to a member for that reason before they decide it's enough.

And let's not forget that some idols have their own problems: anxiety, lack of confidence, language skills when foreign members are concernrd, and that prevents them from wanting to be in the spotlight that much. In that case fans nagging for more lines isn't a good thing

NCT as a whole is different than other groups. They have NCT U which switches the lineup based on who fits the group's concept for the comeback. A song/group with contemporary or classical dance would be perfect for Winwin. He would be the first one in the lineup. You agreed with Mina but Mina's problem is exactly like Winwin's. She is a good dancer but she is trained for ballet mostly and her graceful moves fit classical concepts better than Twice choreo which can sometimes look "weaker" than other members. This is exactly what happened with Winwin in 127.

Kpop stans understanding of fair = everyone gets the same time for the line distribution.

Another opinion : company likes to play favoritism when giving out lines and it’s really unfair when someone who is not even the best or second best singer in the group gets the most lines. Example is cha eunwoo

I have no problem if my bias gets less lines but give them more screentime if they're a visual or more center time if they're a good dancer to make up for it. Otherwise, there was no need to add them.

If an idol is really so boring and bad at singing that they deserve 0 lines, he shouldn't have debuted in the first place. Not even as a filler. Especially for groups from big companies, they should have enough talented trainees not to be compelled debuting trainees that have minimal skills.
