As dumb as it may sound but Fengfan was a university student as he first came to Japan 4 years ago. He is curently not allowed to work in Japan. If his situation isn't fixed soon INI either has to debut without him or they all have to wait till Fengfan is allowed to work in Japan. Ooof
Of course he will! He literally just back! He post an update in Instagram

We have provided more information on this in our privacy policy.If we go by JO1’s debut, INI will most likely debut in October so I don’t see why they would debut without him. He’s “officially” back and the group has more than enough time to prepare still.
I just actually wrote this here because a few minutes before I posted my thread a girl on discord posted "they won't debut any time soon cause Fengfan has no work visa"
