    It is further stated that Mr. CHO had promised to make this young girl into a K-pop Idol (Celebrity) , and like that ... The behavior , to me , was just INCREDIBLY DISGUSTING overall from Mr. CHO ... The parents of the young girl were of ill health , and he convinced her to move out of her house , and live with him ... Which is when shortly afterward that they conceived their 'Love Child' together.


    Anyway , the S.KOREA LAWS on SEXUAL AGE of CONSENT have *not* changed

    that I know of it , with regard to when the S.KOREA SUPREME COURT did make

    this above referenced decision in November of Year 2014.


    Basically , if an AGE 13 Years Old Female in S.KOREA wants to have

    full out sexual activity with a say AGE 40 Male , because she LOVES him ...

    And *no other* factors (alcohol , drugs , money payment) are involved ...

    Then that still remains PERFECTLY LEGAL in S.KOREA.

    And those operating this 'expert' website state openly that they are "NOT LAWYERS" too. And they likely have little to NO IDEA of specific aspects of S.KOREA LAW either.


    In other words , I am giving you a *solid* valid URL reference (*CHOSUNILBO*)

    that indicates that *AGE 13* remains the SEXUAL AGE of CONSENT in S.KOREA.

    Again , NO S.KOREA LAWS have been passed since Year 2014 , that I know of it,

    The S.KOREA LAWS on Age of Sexual Consent , source from when JAPAN was in charge of S.KOREA (Occupation Years 1905 to 1945) ... And so it is no surprise that the JAPAN *National Law* on Age of Sexual Consent is also still currently AGE 13 ... However , in JAPAN , they have passed *PREFECTURE* (so *State* / Provence) type laws , that make *legal* AGE of SEXUAL CONSENT to be OLDER than Age 13 ... Still though , the JAPAN NATIONAL LAW on it remains as AGE 13 currently ... So the same (AGE 13) as *currently* for S.KOREA too.


    With KRIS WU , and PRChina Age of Sexual Consent Laws , I will *guess*

    that the situation (AGE limit and legal circumstance) is much the same

    as for S.KOREA and JAPAN ... But , I actually have NO IDEA on it (PRChina) ...

    So , I will be interested to hear anything on it.

    S.KOREA surely has its way of doing things ... Like smoking MARIJUANA is a NARCOTICS DRUG level criminal offense in S.K , same as HEROIN usage in punishment. S.KOREA Law regards MARIJUANA as a NARCOTICS level illegal drug. T.O.P of Big Bang group , guilty of illegal MARIJUANA usage , as a *first time user offender* , was sentenced to *ONE YEAR IN PRISON* , which was converted instead to *TWO YEARS PROBATION* with once per month DRUG PEE TESTING (so 24 times during the Probation Period) ... IF T.O.P had tested 'positive' , so showing MORE ILLEGAL MARIJUANA usage by him during that two years PROBATION period , then T.O.P would IMMEDIATELY be sent to PRISON for ONE YEAR DURATION. T.O.P did not ever 'fail' his PEE TEST , so he did NOT go to PRISON , and his two years probation expired in Sept. of Year 2019 with NO PRISON TIME. Which , T.O.P was likely GLAD about that (NO ONE YEAR in PRISON).

    I agree, SK is too though on marijuana use. But, can't do nothing about it.

    Just like I disagree with that age of consent thingy, but it's their law.

    in my european country it's 14 but it has an asterisk. i find it weird that some countries don't have one. being 14, 15 or 16 and get sexually involved with people in a position of trust is just disgusting

    There was AKP discussion , and it actually got created as a MESSAGE AREA , but was later removed ... Of having a 'LIMBO' Message Area ... Where , a 'bad' behaving AKP User could ONLY post message there for say ONE WEEK ... Thus , they were in *LIMBO* ... I liked the idea , but it died ... In particular , I wanted to see Drew_B in *LIMBO* , as he is often deserving ... :wink:

    I preffer the laws for sex in Germany, even tho they could still be a small bit better. I mean its legal here at 14 but if 1 partner is older than 18 than its not allowed so let's say you are 17 and your boyfriend is 19 than nobody cares that you might know him since you were 8 and he 10 and you date for 3 years now, no you have to wait till you are 18 so counted back as he was 17 and you 15 it was legal and since he turned 18 it turned illegal (wich is weird because getting married to someone who is over 18 is for a minor woman who is at least 16 and aproved by her family still legal ...)
