How do y'all deal with nosy relatives who ask about your marks.

some dude was getting shit on for wearing a mask so he took it off and whilst coughing said:
"finally some people who don't have an issue with me wearing a mask whilst I have covid"
personally I would adapt it to:
"great I just got tested the other day and I don't have my results yet...if you want me to hang around you maskless just let me know *cough cough* "

Nothing above a 90 percent is accepted in this household for me and I got 81 percent. I'm happy with it but yeah they gonna use it as an excuse to look down on me.

Are you serious!! First of all that's not bad at all. And why on earth would they try to put you down!! Smells like toxic people in here.
Listen idk what's your situation but If you don't want to sound rude, just keep telling them you didn't receive the results yet, or you can just tell them to kindly fuck off.

omg same- my parent saw i got a A- on my final test and they said i wouldn't get into college- i just cry... lol
