Welcome to the NEO CITY EMOTE SHOP!
As most of you know, NEO CITY is the house of the biggest Pepe and Emotes archive in AKP. As of now, we've only made NCT and (sometimes) SKZ static and animated emotes, but we've decided to expand our business operations and make our own emote shop (animated emotes by NEO and static emotes by CITY ) so you can also have customized emotes of your favorite groups. Unlike the usual aesthetics shop, we make emotes as such:

STATIC EMOTES
If you want to buy a static emote, provide a picture, gif, or video with a timestamp. The image quality of the emote is completely dependent on the original source. The best emotes are made from a clear pic, without the head cut off, and large enough to be resized to get rid of any blurriness. I'll still do low quality images if you really want them though, but they will be ugly.

Emotes can optionally be uploaded on frankerfacez.com and automatically generates 3 different sizes:
ANIMATED EMOTES
If you want an animated emote, provide us the gif that you want to be resized. But if you want an animated emote from a specific video, we ask you to provide us the link and the timestamp. HD videos are preferred, but you can also provide videos from Twitter or any other social platform.
And don't worry, we use Photoshop for gif resizing, your animated emote will not look crusty and grainy* 
*Quality may vary depending on the source material.
