Well we call this here "bolinho de arroz" i guess it translate as "little rice cake" idk
Its pretty much made of cooked rice, eggs and flour, and traditionally you also add parmesan and green onion but i made without sometimes and it taste just as good. You can put stuff inside if you want, like cheese, but it's not really part of the recipe.
