YGE boy groups and some kpop fans hypocrisy

YGE was always known as digital kings/queens since as long as we can remember and now we arrived at a phase where just BLACKPINK and AKMU are consistent good/great at the digital game and here is where we start the YGE boy groups shades.

People love to call YGE boy groups "flop" bc they aren't that good at charting with Treasure almost not charting and this is the only criteria people use to judge them...

But it's funny bc SME and JYPE were also great at digitals and their past boy groups all had hits at one point. Nowadays it seems almost impossible for big3 bgs to chart, but just YGE bgs are called out for not charting and this is what I call hypocrisy. Trying to imply a criteria at one act while not implying it at the others is just ridiculous.

Ikon took a huge hit with BI scandal and YGE dumb management, but even so they toured well and had hits.

Winner are one of the most loved big3 bgs these past years and they are known within the public. Now they are on hiatus with two of their four members on military. But they are known and their career is good.

Treasure is the youngest that still doesn't chart (what a surprise in this gen ), but their physical are good with them selling +250k each album and tbh they are on hiatus since January (i think) so give them time instead of judging them.

I don't care about YGE at all, but being such hypocrites towards just YGE bgs isn't cute neither cool. It's just dumb and pure biasness. So if digital are still that important towards Kpop fans as a metric to "flops" welcome to THE GIRLS GROUPS ERA!

And this is the problem Nyel. They love to compare YGE new group to their most successful one, but don't do the same with the others companies. All big3 groups of the past had national hits, literally all, using this criteria to just YGE groups is hypocrite.

But yes, Treasure is doing great and they sold 1M within their 4 mini albums in 7 months which is super impressive.

That's the point kkkkk only BB were huge digital monsters. Winner and Ikon sure did great at some cb, ok at others and just not good at others so if just one group is sufficient to shade the others newer one, this should be used with all. And SUJU had huge hits too, 2pm etc.
