Tabasco vs Sriracha hot sauce

Depend on what I'm eating since Tabasco and Sriracha taste different.
I will use Tabasco if I'm eating hot wing or anything that needs a little more sourness.
Sriracha is a must if you are eating Pho or any other Vietnamese food.
These are some of the hot sauces I usually use besides Sriracha. Screenshot_20210629-121853.png
I think my favorite is Texas Pete, Cholula, Tabasco, and Louisiana.

Cholula is excellent on Mexican Meals. I only have used it at Restaurants.
Tabasco is my favorite on everything. Have a Gallon off it in the fridge to refill tobacco jars.
Mix Valentina with Sweet Chili Sauce for hot dipping sauce.
Franks Hot sauce and Sriracha sauce is popular. Have to try to make Sriracha roasted almonds.

Depends what type of cuisine I'm eating.
General fav: Heartbeat (I wish it was hotter though, bc it's expensive af and I have to use a lot of it) & Melinda's XXXtra Hot (honestly not that hot either, and is extremely hard for me to find where I live).
Mexican/Tex Mex: Cholula (good flavor, not spicy enough), Tapatio, Valentina (black label), El Yucateco (if I need more spiciness)
Asian: sriracha or chili oil (my fav is AGV). Still looking for a spicier option for Asian dishes though.
Caribbean: Pickapeppa Spicy Mango or Original. Haven't picked a fav brand for the super spicy sauces.
American: Crystals (Louisiana style), Frank's Red Hot (Buffalo style)

Ever try the Ning Chi brand of hot sauce? I had AGV before I thought it was okay, not spicy enough

I like green bottle jalapeno Tabasco, that works better on burger and steak~~
