The four criteria for Music Bank are:

• Digital charting
• Random survey of viewer preferences (songs on their first week get 0 points since they're not on the survey yet)
• Broadcast amount on KBS TV/radio
• Physical sales (BTS has no physical release so they get 0 points)

Does OP not understand how Music Bank works? TXT were always gonna win as long as they had large physical first week....which they did.
