You got pretty much everything wrong. Jennie was pushed as the center at first but the "it girl" status was all her own charisma. They barely helped lisa, again she was just naturally popular. It took them years to give Rose her solo, mostly because fans were begging and yg need money. They didn't send jisoo, she asked permission and auditioned herself
I think they intended to do a "slow drip" all along to keep demand greater than supply.

Rose solo might be release early Feb, I saw a new statement from YG's rep that Seungyoon will also release his album soon. So, if the early rumor true, we will get Lisa's solo next since the initial schedule is Bobby-Rose-Seungyoon-Lisa. Jisoo solo might be in 2nd half. I just hope there will be a group album this year. Don't be another single only like in 2017.
