Hmm, troll thread but I'll bite.
I think they are a popular figure to hate on and it's socially acceptable to bash them. Because they are at the top of the game right now, there is no shortage of people willing to do this in the name of their faves who are always characterized as leaps and bounds more talented than BTS and deserving of the same or more recognition BTS has.
The point here is where their jealousy stems from. Namely feeling their faves deserve more. The convenient scapegoat is the one standing in everyone's way.
