Only BTS and BP would be winning though which wouldn't be fair for other nominees unless theirs different categories

This is a great idea someone should do it, a global K-Awards, you can have various categories and split it up for girl groups, rookies etc so BTS wouldn't win everything :-D

You mean from advert money? If they based it more on the music instead of popularity, that would be interesting. How the award would have value is one of the big challenges.

Why do you want there to exist a separate kpop award show? Korean artists deserve to stand on the same platform as those western ones.
