Same thing happened to me today. I have been trying to convince my irl not into Kpop pal for years to become an Army and finally she liked something I sent her. Usually she spews negative stereotypical stuff but not this time.

Not black magic, he's the main vocal and one of the best dancers of the group so of course he will attract (well deserved) attention!
Did you hear his run on "bad"? They usually put things like this that he does low in the mix, in their korean songs, but this time they did him right!

And his raspy-ness on the "get it, let it, roll"? He nailed the attitude the song requires every time he opened his mouth, from the first verse to the last line.

It's a pretty high chorus (I will bet any amount of money that they raised the original key by quite a bit) but he made it sound effortless.
