It also could be that since many groups don't survive a long time after losing a member, you're listening to them more before they completely fall apart in the future.

Only happened with SKZ to me. I was following EXO since their debut, though it was such a weird time when Kris left. I clearly remember all the mess, all the tweets, all the posts on forums, even I was so angry at him, that was such an immature time of mine
