Should I get a nose job first before I apply as a trainee?

Or should I wait to get accepted by the company so the company can pay for my face work?

The thing is I'm not pretty enough for these companies to give me a chance.

My nose is big and wide. Yes, I don't like my nose the most. If I fix my nose now, I wouldn't have to think about it so much; so that I can give my all in the other areas of being a trainee.
