I had some savings before buying it and I was lucky it wasn't that expensive.

But I do think I have a decent paying job

I don't own a home.

I get money from work and I'm supposed to start getting interest money this month.

While I have enough saved for a house, I don't own one currently. I'm waiting for marriage... I feel like my first home should be decided together with my significant other. I'm a revenue manager for hotels.
