The awful dessert salads, I can't get into them at all. ESPECIALLY ambrosia
You hate fruit salad? They are the only salad I like. I hate veggies and mayo

I like fruit salad but not with the sugar and pudding packets they put. Natural fruit salad is the best!!!

For me dessert salad is too much, (also it has mayo)
What are your feelings on lychee? I think that may be something you'd enjoy. I'd also try dragonfruit if possible.

I like lychee, it's just not so common in my place, only in a canned food and fancy restaurant drinks
Not a fan of dragon fruit, what's interesting is, your poop turns red when you eat one

I didn't know that at first and freaked out. Do you like avocado? Some people say it has a grassy taste but not for me...

Not so much, if you leave them naked or mix them with anything they will get bitter over time. And milk speed up the process

Yes but kind of
There's many different types of Jumps. The main six are toe loops, flips, salchows, loops, lutzes and axels.
Olympic Jumps are a very technically difficult way of doing them (ex a double/triple version/quadruple of the jump).
I can do the single version of a few basic jumps: I can do a salchow, loop, toe loop(working on a double) and a flip. I learned how to do a lutz but I struggle with starting on the correct edge so it's more of a flutz which isn't technically correct, and my rotation is awful.
I can also do a waltz jump but that's more basic.
In terms of easiest to hardest it is:
toe loop < salchow < loop< flip< lutz< axel
My strength is more jumps because for spins you need more flexibility.
I can do a few spins and step sequences.
I can do a scratch spin, a one foot spin, a sit spin, a camel spin and a layback spin (although my layback form isn't amazing)
If I lose weight...I want to learn how to do a Biellmann.
More pro figure skaters have very good spins with more difficulty
Step sequences take dance steps and are usually during interludes of a program.
My favorite is the Twizzle, and forward crossovers.
The most interesting pro programs have musicality which means that every element is perfect and the performer is very in tune with the song:
Some examples of that are
- Any Yuna Kim program but

nice i've seen her jump and i love the mixed male-female ones they look really good...
do you get a lot of injuries from falling for the jumps and spins
-
-
I bruise easily so yes.
It also depends on where you learn. Good coaches will teach you "how to fall" which helps minimize the risk of injury.
I think the worst for me though were the spins because for some the blade comes near the face and hands, and when spinning fast, I've seen my friends cut their hands and faces...it's usually rare but scary.
In my rink you get a special device you attach to your body, similar to what stunt makers have so the coach can help you keep your balance as you learn to hit the jump landings. -
Oh that's great! I forgot to add, I learned an axel too. I actually injured myself and had to take a break because of a bad fall, so that's that ;..;
