Since I myself have been on Quora, I would like to say that those who are mature & respectful did not post about Sakura being evil & manipulative. Instead, they tried to get across that all of us don't know Sakura in real life, therefore we shouldn't be spreading rumors about her that could be blatantly false and damage her career. They also tried to clear up and make an understanding of some of the things she had said/done in the past.

You’re allowed to fully express your opinions, and I completely respect them, but I have to kindly disagree. We don’t really know if these rumors are true or not. If she was an attention seeker, I don’t think that’s something she should really get hate for. I’m sure we’ve all wanted attention at some point in our lives. As for the fatphobic joke, while that is unacceptable, there is not proof of this being true as of right now as well.

Sakura is a member of the Japanese idol girl group: HKT48 and a member of the now disbanding group: IZ*ONE

Sakura was and still is, being hated for the things that she has done/said in the past (during HKT48). And while her past does indeed give off bad lighting to some, that does not give them the right to bash and hate her (of course she was young at the time, but this in no way is to cover up for her past). You see the main problem here is the interpretation of the things she has said and done in her past. Simply, we don't know Sakura in real life, so we really cannot put claims that she is an "evil & manipulative person", as those could be entirely opposite from who she is now.
