Kpop Gods are cruel af. Why are boomer soloists and even some 3rd gen bands allowed to enjoy top10 charting while better bands like stayc are forced to chart below top100?

But anyways, it's hard to chart now especially for newer groups who don't have a massive following. In fact, even groups with huge fanbase like 4th Gen BGs who can sell like what 400k 500k can't even chart well enough

"Charting" depends on how established and popular the arist is and how good songs it is. So if you "fail" both in being established and having a good song you don't chart, pretty simple. You must either be establish/popular artist or have a good song, or both.
