what do you define as Kpop?
singing pop in korean language?
group comprised of korean members?
groups trained in korea?
hence: is dynamite kpop?
what bout something like candy pop from Twice or anything niziu puts out?
what about kaachi? are they kpop?
K-pop is a genre of popular music originating in South Korea. It is influenced by styles and genres from around the world, such as Pop, experimental, rock, jazz, gospel, hip hop, R&B, reggae, electronic dance, folk, country, and classical on top of its traditional Korean music roots. (From W website)
Hence: All Nope.(cuz I think only songs that include korean language can be classified as kpop)

(nationality doesn't matter) that's kpop.
Its kpop if the majority of the song sings in korean.

so therefore as long as the song is sung (or majority of the song) is sung in whatever language then its that "pop"
so if twice who has a Japanese version of TT for example sings TT in Japanese then its jpop?
Gidle for example has hwaa in multiple version as well so them singing hwaa (korean version) is kpop and hwaa (english version) is western pop and hwaa (chinese version) is cpop?
