Jumping in here because skincare/make-up is my job too.
Dark circles are a real git, and honestly for the majority of people who have very noticeable dark circles, no amount of good sleep, drinking all the water in the world and promises by miracle eye creams will ever make them disappear, as it’s usually genetic. For example, I have extremely pale and fragile Celtic skin, and dark circles/blue veining is always going to show through... It is also down to genetics the shape and depth of the hollows under your eyes/ the thickness of the skin/ the amount of subcutaneous fat in that area.
Do all the good things, look after yourself and keep the area hydrated and plump with a decent cream. Caffeine in the eye cream and eye rollers can help with the circulation in that area. All that will help and set you up for your best possible results, but be really wary of any cream that promises it will vanish dark circles- it’s just not possible to make them disappear completely.
Good habits, good cream, good concealer... otherwise you have to go into temporary fillers under the eyes.

Yeah, I figured that I wouldn't be able to make them disappear completely... I've been doing a lot better with hydrating myself and sleeping, but they are still there.
Caffeine in eye cream and eye-rollers ... ok I'll have to try that sometime. Thank you.

Ah see you really don’t need to be doing much at this age. We advise using eye creams mostly as a step at this age that prevents further problems in the future. You don’t need anything too fancy or expensive at this point (not like my poor aging self! 😂).
You may well get on better with a lighter gel cream with caffeine in - and honestly, if you keep a spoon in your fridge and roll it over your under eyes, it will do much the same as a fancy roller!
I do have a soft spot for the under eye masks you can get, particularly the hydrogel ones, because they feel lovely, and like you’re giving yourself an instant boost!
Also, if your skin is well hydrated and healthy, then whichever concealer you use will sit so much better over the top.
Lastly, there’s a make-up lass on YouTube who has really dark circles and has now embraced it and uses different make-up techniques with applying eyeshadow to work with it. She’s pretty cool - Alexandra Anele.

My skin has been super dry lately especially my hands
And like, the lotion I’m using doesn’t do jack squat, so I’m left to suffer with my dryness
Any good lotion recommendations?
yep yep yep!
first off, i definitely want to name drop Vaseline/Aquaphor! i usually slather my skin in it every night and i wake up adequately moisturized! it works good for honestly any part of the body and i've found (personally) it doesn't break me out! below i linked some amazing lotions and moisturizers- some are okay to use on your face and some you kinda just shouldn't (nothing bad will happen, you just risk breakouts). hope this helps, and i included some cleansers just in case you needed one that wouldn't overly strip your face!

ok so i recommended some good products for dry skin in the post above you which i recommend to you too BUT, since you have combo skin i've gathered some other products that i definitely think will be beneficial, so i'll just put those here instead.
