Maybe you're misunderstanding my tone? Often hard over the internet.I'm just saying that it's expected that the forum will be slower at some times versus others and that I think the hour you estimated is pushing it since I've been watching stats too. That's all. I just don't think "dead" is a fair assessment here?

AKP light since its the default option
Default is actually blackout, but it has changed several times and was light in the very beginning! You've "set" it in some way though if it hasn't changed since!

Evolved.
Don’t like the dark options. It hurts my eyes to read white text on a dark background. And the other light options are too bright. Evolved has by far the softest feel.
allkpop Evolved was definitely made with the prior version of AKP in mind and to be more of a midtone style versus the other choices which were more extreme light vs dark. You might also like allkpop Light (which was revamped to be more gray), allkpop Graph and allKpop Shy.

Cyberpunk is great too but it glitches a lot for me

I'm gonna say Cyberpunk's glitchiness is a FEATURE. I'm actually not joking either. That is one theme I cannot claim and while it looks cool, the glitches were even worse before. I've smoothed what I could out, but it's so built in, might be easier to re-write it.

it works fine on pc, on mobile, i'm not able to go anywhere except main forum or even change style, i had to logout to change the theme first.

I sound hard over the internet too. I wanted to say the same. It's always less active around that time probably bc of the time zones. Sadly, it is usually the period of day when I am the most active.

Yea, most of the staff here is US based and we see it a lot more busy than it is now, if this is what we were judging by! it's 3:40 Am for me. I should sleep, I have work tomorrow, but I just don't sleep a lot. Plus cutting out some graphics for a new feature I'm excited to introduce, so that's keeping me going!
