she probably has leg size advantage but she clearly doesnt have enough muscle to catch up in speed and naruto ( even as a normal kid ) has more muscle and weighs lighter so he'll outrun her in both speed and stamina
and her running technique is a recipe for failure
while the naruto run might not be a pro technique, it still is good for running
