Hybe groups’ song quality has dropped a lot, and I genuinely don’t get why.

That's exactly my point.

This notion that their song quality has dropped makes no sense to me outside of their tts when there are casuals and fans that praise some HYBE groups specifically for the quality of their bsides.

Lsf is the biggest mystery to me. They went from Antifragile, Blue Flame, Impurities, Perfect Night, and all 10/10 bsides to… whatever they’re putting out now. The drop is really noticeable. Illit released the best song among Hybe groups in 2025 by far, but the bar is hell.

Hybe is way too big and way too rich to be stuck in this kind of creative slump.

A lot of labels recycle their top trends and song styles. for example YG.. You have to notice that 2ne1 and BP and BM songs are very similar.. BB and Winner and Ikon are also very similar.. but people said its the YG sound. Why cant you guys said its the Hybe sound, if you think Hybe groups are recycling BTS’s sound?

People always say that. Mostly it means this generation of kpop fans have aged out. This music is now for gen alpha skibbdi toilet six seven kids and that’s ok. Move on.

Outside of maybe enhypen and txt none of them are recycling BTS. It’s mostly NJ nachos and it’s worse since they’re basically “active” and fresh.

And YG gets rightfully dragged for recycling the same songs like BP was dragged, BM was dragged and their new GG will be dragged
