I personally don't know Lina and Bada so I can't speak about their skills but imo Taeyeon, Luna and Wendy are up there with the best kpop vocalists. It's hard to rank them though, especially because we haven't seen Luna sing that much in the last years (although when she did perform, she was still amazing).

Ning Ning is great too but I don't think she's as skilled as the other girls. She is the best in her group though, without doubt. And I don't follow Hearts2Hearts to judge their skills.

And let's not forget BoA either, even tho she's not part of a group. She's not top-tier anymore, but in her prime she was up there.

I don't think Ning are on the same level with Jess. For me, she's aespa's Seulgi and that's not a bad thing btw. Jess is better overall.

Ning excels in the low range, that's what I love about her the most.

For me it's Lil' Taengy.

Lina and Luna are the top ever female vocalists at SM technical wise, but I prefer Ningning due to her vocal tone.

Lina is probably the best technical singer on this list, I prefer Taeyeon (and Wendy).

Okay, so as I said before I couldn't decided who is the best technical vocalist, particularly between Taeyeon and Luna. So I voted for who I listen to most - Taeyeon. But Luna still has my heart and she's an absolutely amazing vocalist I just wish she had a chance to release more music to showcase it
