I'm NOT doing all this

so like, i was gonna do this and i had a whole essay written out but akp erased it. welp.
- she has an unhealthy technique. raises her larynx way too high most of the time which makes her random belt attempts inconsistent and unstable. otherwise, she can sound comfortable. one thing she could benefit from is getting a good vocal coach that could give her real feedback (she has RANGE so that feedback would do wonders). yg forcing her to do all of this can hurt her voice in the long run and it seems like the vocal backlash is already manifesting seeing as she doesnt even sound very stable even in her comfortable range. plus, her voice isn't nearly developed enough to handle the high notes that some of their songs require. the fans also need to stop hyping it up
- her and rapping is pretty much yg and rapping, aka: fast talking. rarely actual bars and just yelling aggressively with rhyming words at the end of each line and calling it rap. could benefit from working on her delivery. her flow (if you can call it that) is good sometimes but her delivery is inconsistent.
- a good dancer is nothing without a few of things, one of them being a proper balance of energy. most of the time her energy is all around the place and she tries too hard to emphasize certain moves that she ends up messing up the choreo itself. compare her hot sauce fancam to any other member and there would be a stark difference.
asa:
- she's a good rapper. bonus points for writing some of her lines. her delivery is one of the best among yg ggs. not exactly sure what she could work on because she's in a good position rn. consistency and development is all that matters from this point on.
- she's a good dancer tho.
rami:
- best 5th gen vocalist, period. her belts and runs are amazing and she is the only one in the 5th gen that I can say is well rounded in how she has developed each part of her voice. with most kpop singers, there is a major gap in head vs chest vs mix voice development but she is an exception. and at such a young age too! i have no critiques for her currently.
- she holds no dancing position in the group (to my knowledge) but she's a well rounded dancer.
- her cursive singing makes her voice sound dull in songs that don't require any major emotional projection. her belts can be pretty weak so thats something she can work on.
- she's very out of place in baemon because most of their choreos are energetic. i have yet to see her match that energy and sometimes she can even seem stiff so thats something she could work on.
- she has showcased a lot of versatility but her mix voice still needs work seeing as, like Pharita, her belts are pretty weak. other than that, chest voice is solid and she has good dynamics. she has lots of time so her current stance is good at such a young age
- she's also a good dancer with a fun stage presence because she's one of the most engaging to watch but her facial expressions can be exaggerated sometimes. she's in the same boat as ahyeon when it comes to rapping.
ruka:
- a slightly more advanced rapper i'd say but still not on asa's level. her delivery, pace, rhythm, everything is in a good place, currently...except intonation. Her intonations aren't very..consistent(?) because it can be hard to understand what exactly she's rapping because her volume is always on a high
- a pretty balanced dancer
rora:
- she's the closest to rami, i feel. her belts are pretty solid and she also has very stable usage of her chest voice. and again, similar to rami, she's on a good trajectory.
- also a pretty balanced dancer
if you're wondering why Ahyeon has the most feedback from me, its because despite being a good singer, she has the most room to improve.

Starting with singing, I think she has a pretty tone, especially in higher registers but she still needs to find the right technique and I feel like joining HYBE did not help that at all because most HYBE idols struggle with finding the right technique. She's on the right track because I've been watching their concept clips and I noticed that she's finding it easier to hit those notes and stay on pitch so my guess/hope is she's now building a proper foundation.
So all that needs to happen is improvement and consistency. That being said, HYBE should probably lay off from giving her lines that require chest voice because chest voice is the closest to your speaking voice and her speaking voice is already unstable as is.
She's a good dancer. All I'd say she should work on is groove and placing an emphasis on her moves. I especially noticed this in Smart and Easy. With Smart, she wasn't putting as much emphasis into the hips and with Easy, there was no emphasis on the "pull up and I rip it up" move. Other than that, she's very quick on her feet which can make her execution of fast paced movements look effortless (Easy's final outro).

I'm actively doubting your intentions behind this request.

Sakura's biggest strenght is how hard worker she is, i feel if she was in a company that cared more about vocals she would have improved greatly, it also doesn't help that she doesn't have confidence in her singing because of all the hate comments she has recived, i hope she continues to improve and se stays confident because she has so many good qualities as an idol

100% agree
I just know if she were under SM, she would already be an average vocalist by now, regardless of her past vocal damage. What I've been hoping for, ever since her debut is hybe, is that HYBE finda a western vocal coach for her and since hybe is the most exposed to the west they can sponsor that better.
Western vocal coaches would be able to help her find her true voice because its a struggle with kpop companies and forcing idols to take on a vocal tone that does not suit them/not properly equipping idols to adapt even with tones/lines that don't suit them.
