BOYS2PLANET Participant Peng Jinwei's Controversy On Weibo, he was caught posting malicious comments about BTS Jungkook, TWICE, and aespa, and even made it to Weibo's trending searches. He seems to be especially notorious as an anti-fan of BTS Jungkook. If he debuts, how does he plan to face his senior groups? How did he even sneak onto BOYS2PLANET so boldly?

According to posts online, he referred to the lovely ladies of either Twice or Aespa as dogs. Like dude, you are no fucking prize. Those women are beyond beautiful and talented. He deserves the drags he is getting. Like the Coldplay couple found out, karma is a bitch and she does not forget.

People are defending him though saying he was 13/14 when he said all of these not an excuse but that’s still young enough to not know any better

I wonder if he’ll be forgiven if he makes an apology or will it be too awkward either way

if he would gave gotten out in front of this mess and apologized and said I was a stupid kid when saying nonsense then sure, apology accepted but as he has gotten older he has not removed them or added the context of an apology. Everyone can criticize a song, a performance but personal appearance attacks are gross and show this guy’s true character.

Honestly, it always feels like survival shows somehow manage to cast contestants with the most problematic pasts. Sure, he was young, people say dumb things when they’re trying to fit in, and mistakes happen. But if you're serious about entering the K-pop industry, especially knowing how intense the fandom culture is, why wouldn’t you scrub your social media and take accountability before going public? Leaving those comments up just screams ignorance and a lack of self-awareness.

What frustrates me more is that this kind of thing happens over and over with these shows. There’s always some major scandal midway, and it makes you wonder if it's all intentional, like they’re relying on controversy to boost attention. It’s one of the reasons I’m so tired of survival shows in general.

at this point there is no point for boy group survivals anymore

in gg survivals the only problem is evil editing, and the ancient past of trainees family like grandfather or even great grandfather being this or that..

even if you bring 99 girls, then maybe, but maybe just 1 will have 'real controversy' and it will be something weird like that in 7th grade she spilled strawberry milk on classmates math excercise book
