Having a break like this is so much better than normal concert VCR

  • So recently during Twice's This Is For tour, instead of a regular video VCR inbetween the sets, they had this special break with the dancers, stunning music and visualisations.

I just had to share it, because I thought it was breathtaking. I don't know if it's often done for other kpop concerts but I absolutely loved what they did and had chills.

The music was very cinematic and it almost took us on a journey. The audience was so quiet and I'm not surprised, I would be too. The atmosphere and the ambiance was amazing and really suited them performing Mars after that.

I put the timestamp or you can watch the whole thing :-) The break starts around 6:58

Now I really wish JYP could release a CD album from this tour with all the performances and music, I'd buy it immediately.

Have you seen such stage breaks on other kpop concerts? If yes, please share!

I'll also tag OnceTaglist in case you'd like to see these and haven't yet.

  • Honestly hoping they drop a tour album because its very much needed. They really did concert versions of every song apart from feel special, the solo's and the two unit songs. They knocked it out the park all round.

I agree with all you said and I feel like it's long overdue for them.

I don't know how common tour albums are now but I have a couple of SNSD ones released years ago and I still listen to them, it's an amazing experience.

And for Twice now it would also be the opportunity to have a physical release with the new solo songs. Unless JYP is planning to release them on the streaming platforms later anyway.
