It depends on your body. Age definitely affects it, but if you didn't have enough training, no matter how young are you, you can't dance well.

There are sportsmen who are almost 40 years old and who practice sports like MMA, Boxing which are much more physically exhausting and traumatic than dancing.

Nah ive seen beyonce, jlo or even dancers in their 50's whip out better moves than I ever could. I think it depends on how you take care of your body.

I’m 52 and can’t dance to save myself and don’t want to anyway. Interesting how some think they’re old at thirty. Lol!

It depends how long you have been dancing. If you started doing this not just as a hobby but professionally since the young age your joints are already f***ked in your 20s.
