It depends on who they're supporting. If they're supporting your average republican, I probably wouldn't care much especially if they were courteous to other political beliefs. But if they are far-right and/or Trump supporters (or their country's equivalent) then no, I wouldn't really want to.

One example I think is older Asian/first generation Asian almost all vote Republican. Not necessarily because they want to bomb the Middle East or deport everyone but because they maybe from countries that suffered because of communist rule they have seen their own families die because of communist rule. For these people a country leaning left is the absolute most horrible thing that can happen.

Conversation around politics is never binary. If you want to talk about politics talk about policies in specifics. Talk about the issues you care about and find out if the people around you, the people you date or love align with them. That’s important. But painting with broad strokes especially to categorize celebrities as good vs evil literally never results in anything.

People don't suffer because of "communism," they suffer because of authoritarianism, which "communism" is often used as a distraction from. Except a right wing regime is just as likely to be authoritarian as a left wing regime. Fascism arose from right wing ideals.

To begin with most right wing groups, if not all, are against my people. So no, im not ok with right wing groups.
