Do AKP Tokkis agree with this take from K-Pop Reddit regarding NewJeans?

Njz attachment to mhj is perfectly understandable tbh. Yes they used hybe resources but it was mhj the responsible for everything that made the group popular, even though I despise mhj and her shenanigans

Exactly in regards to MHJ being responsible for everything. They'll follow her, as she is the one behind their image, and for who she contracted to create their sound. Without her or 250, and FRNK, the NewJeans we know wouldn't be the same without them. That, and their sales would likely be on course with the other GGs.

People undersell how important it is to have creatives. No disrespect to NewJeans because they're a talented group. I just don't think they would be the group they are today without the creatives you've mentioned. There's a reason why success follows MHJ everywhere she goes. I don't agree with how she handles things, but she has an ear for talent and a vision to create memorable art. There's very few creatives that have the ear to provide the right tracks and create concepts that fits a group image.

I could be wrong but I don't think Hybe would've been good caretakers of the group and it would've been a mess. I am unsure if they have creatives to stay on course or take them to another level. Musically, I think Hybe does a pretty good job, but I feel with their girl groups they lack direction even though they make good music imo.

Icompletely agree with you. I think with their GGs are that llit is kind of meandering with its sound, with the upcoming cb sounding a bit too similar to their previous cb, to which I wish they were more bold with the dreamcore vision, and sound, incoporating different genres. LSF did pretty well until Unforgiven. The concepts were great, the majority of the time, since then, but again, they seem to have lost their way, nor being sure of themselves as to what they want to convey. The only thing I could say is that their concepts come across as rather high fashion, but that's it.

Hybe resources and influence are even more important I would say, add to that being able to get the benefit of being from the same company as BTS gave them huge benefits. The same way good huge benefits geing from same company as 2NE1. I mean, I mean you also have groups like LE_SSERAFIM and Illit doing quit well just because being from Hybe/sister group to NewJeans. If "talent" was more important Hybe would not have three groups like that in the top.

Sure to have creative people and talent people in charage of the group is important, look at ITZY that are from JYP and have struggled, but have they not been from JYP they would not even had made it to a top 20 group.
